My wife and I bought a Simmons Beauty Rest mattress 3 years ago. After 1 year of usage we noticed sagging where we sleep. We both have back pain as a result of sleeping on the mattress. At first the product seemed great, but it did not take long for the problem to develop. We are not happy with the mattress, no stains, bought the right frame and it doesn't sound like having the inspector out yields any results. The company obviously has some design and customer service problems. Class action let me know!
