Order was placed for one set of Fix It Pro Pen. at $19.95 plus shipping. I received two orders of Pro Pen's two Turbo Vac's and four simoniz wipes ad a whole bunch of other stuff that I did not order and was Charged $96.65., I about died when I saw this charge. Called the company an a person Named Diane answered the phone, she was Extremely rude and said the order was placed by a Automated Phone system, and we would not get our money back, So I shipped the complete order back via Certified mail, costing me an additional $17.12 > This a rip off and a Scam. I did not get a receipt of my order or charges, only way I found out the charges was calling my bank. This Company needs to be exposed for taking advantage of people and not retuning their full purchase price, for merchandise that was not Ordered. A Automated phone system can ship you anything and the company will not correct the problem. I will call the president if I have too get this takin care off.

I ordered this product online because I was impressed by the commercial. I planned on ordering just one bottle and expected there to be taxes and shipping charges. The product advertised for just $19.99. I entered my credit card information and waited for the final total...they didn't give it until AFTER they charged my credit card. And the charge was $63.95!!! YES, $43.96 in shipping charges!!! I immediately went to their site and filled out the section for "Cancel Order". However, three days later, I got the package. I called the company and told them I filled out the cancellation within minutes of making the order and she said I should have CALLED them...well, I DID call them...they were CLOSED!! That's why I filled out the cancellation online. She informed me that I could return the package and they would refund just $19.99 because I still had to pay for the shipping...$43.96. I'm working with my credit card company to get my money back and get these FRAUDS off the internet scamming people.
