My mother and i recently posted a complaint on walgreens earlier, telling about a horrid experience involving coupons. In that post i mentioned we had went to three walgreens stores and had experienced bad customer service. Here is the story, my mother and i went out on christmas day while trying to prepare a christmas dinner. We needed a few items, so we went to walgreens to purchase them. When done finding all our items we headed to the cashier up in front, there was an couple there also who were telling the cashier lady about their dog, it was quite strange, the cashier lady seemed to be listening intently instead of wondering or not if anyone was behind these people. she then finally spotted us waiting and said, "mam, you can go around back and get ringed up there, yea around there." she said this frustratingly. My mother and i looked at eachother, all i could think of was "its christmas" but yet people are still angry with the world. so we went around the back and went to that cashier, she was surrounded by other cashiers and they were all talking. They saw us approaching and glared. My mother then asked "whats wrong with that lady over there, she told me to come here and i wanted to do this fast and at that cash register, she isn't even ringing people up!" The cashier lady spoke first, "well maybe its cuz uh, theres people there already! and she is trying to uh ring them up lady!" MY mother was apalled, she threw down her things and left the store...with the cashier lady shouting "yeah you can leave now lady!"
