This company is a scam. I returned this product, of which I had purchased two of them, and the company has confirmed receipt of both of the items. I also have return receipts. Yet, a charge is still due for the last program I returned of which Success, LLC has been trying to charge, but my card has since expired. The account was sent to RMCB collections. When I first attempted to contact this agency, the reps were extremely rude and told me to contact the company. When I contacted the company, the rep., Melissa, confirmed receipt of the last program. She continued to try to figure out why my account was not a zero balance wasting my time on the phone while she attempted to find out what happened. After what was far too long on the phone with this rep, I told her that they need to communicate with their various departments responsible for this matter and tell the collection agency that I do not owe them anything and stop sending me collection notices.
Six months later, still receiving collection notices and receiving phone calls every week. By the way, this company’s reps kept telling me that there were return instructions in the packaging when there were not any return instructions and they have specifics that need to be followed to return the items. These people are crooks.
