Well it is not very surprising to see that I am not the only one who is having problems with this "Simple way to an A" company. I too heard the $12.95 offer for 30 days on a radio ad and fell hook - line - & sinker as well. I recieved the package and tried to get my son to understand it all, he is 10, but he was not able to follow it. It is too advanced for younger children to follow, Teen-agers may be better off with it, but not the young ones.
After 1 week, I called to see how to return the product, just as their return information stated, nobody ever answered that line. For 2 weeks I called every day and left messages asking for a return authorization, but nobody called or ever answered.
Thinking that I was being put off until the 30 days was up, I contacted my creditcard company and explained the situation. They said to document it all and call back if I was ever chaged. In the 3rd week of trying to get an RMA # a lady from Simple way to an A finallly called me back, she game me an RMA#.
I packaged the product up and returned it via UPS with tracking, it was recieved and signed for by "Eddie on the dock"., within 30 days of ordering it, not just from when I recieved it.
The next credit card bill I got had the 1st $89.95 charge on it. I called my credit card company and disoputed the charges with them and they removed them, By the way Simple way to an A charged me a 2nd charge as well the next month.
So in the second month I start recieving phone calls from a collections company representing the Simply way to an A company, they are SKO Brennar America. This SKO Brennar is calling me between 3-8 times a day harrassing me for payment. I have given them the RMA # from Simple way to an A and the tracking # for the UPS return, but they wont stop calling.
I have sent the Simple way to an A company an email and letter giving them the RMA # and the tracking # and the name of their employee who signed for it on their dock, and asked them to stop trying to get payment from me. Simple way to an A is telling the SKO brennar collections company that they have not recieved the product back. I do not have the product Simple way to an A!!! Stop harrassing me!!!
Good luck to anyone that might deal with this company- looks like I need to call their AG's office and file a complaint...Just hoping to get word out that these people are not playing fair!!
