these grimy scam artists are very quick to promise u everything u wanna hear until they get your card number. i was unhappy with the 2 phones i got and they wouldn't ship a contracted (within 30days) replacement before i ship them the phones i was using. they wouldn't even expedite the shipping but said once they receive the phones my wife and i are using, they will activate and ship the replacement. HELLO!! they casually insisted i ship them our active phones (my single point of contact phone) and w a i t 4 to 5 business days for them to receive them, check them into inventory so they can dish them off to another unsuspecting sucker, and ACTIVATE MY REPLACEMENT PHONES BEFORE THEY SHIP OUT TO ME - thereby having my phoneline active through the entire fedex route to NYC.
My other option was to leave them a $250 deposit per phone(THAT'S $500!!) to advance ship which is UNHEARD OF!! but i had no choice, i liked sprint's plans and couldn't reactivate directly with sprint as a new customer since SIMPLEXITY claimed the virginity of my new acct status.
the day before the phones arrived, both origional phones we were still using suddenly had no service!!! THEY HAD ACTIVATED THE REPLACEMENTS BEFORE SHIPPING THEM AND THEREBY DISCONNECTING THE ONES IN OUR HANDS FOR 16 HOURS!!! PLUS WE PAID EXTRA MONEY WHICH WE COULDN'T SPARE TO GET THIS BONUS TREATMENT!!
the worst of it all was that they pretended i wouldn't notice that hey did not refund me the second charge of $250
i had to open a dispute with my cr card company which is still ongoing.
WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!
PIECE OF ADVICE - IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE...IT IS. DON'T BUY FROM THEM - THEY WILL TRICK U SOMEWHERE. ALL THEIR PHONE OPERATORS HAVE THICK INDIAN ACCENTS AND WILL DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT READ FROM SCRIPTS!! PLEASE AVOID THIS.

THROUGHOUT THIS WHOLE ORDEAL, NOBODY WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN HOW I ENDED UP PURCHASING FROM SUCH A GRIMY RETAILER WHEN THE WBSITE I PLACED THE ORDER ON CLEARLY READ:
