Simplx.com, a subsidiary of Simplicity Group, has failed to send my qualified payout check that I earned using their services. Nobody has responded to 4 emails concerning this matter. I have earned a total of $106.85 using the Simplx Dropship program. My first payout check in the amount of $28.65 was due to be sent on April 30, 2010. To date, I have not received any payment. It is now June 25, 2010. Furthermore, customer service has failed to respond to four emails concerning my payout check. In addition, two of my purchases were never recorded to my account. One to Heartland America in the amount of $91.97 on 05/23/2010 and one to Home Depot in the amount of $323.83 on 06/09/2010
Furthermore, Customer Service is unreachable. The telephone number listed is answered by a voice instructing the user to use the email system provided to reach customer service. However, Customer Service never responds to those inquiries. I am concerned that this company is a fraud.
