Item bought and not delivered
I have bought a digital camcorder from Simply Electronics and despite the company said they would delivery within 3 to 7 working days it has never arrived.
Three weeks later and dozens of emails exchanged I have decided to cancel my order and claim full refund of my money.
It seems to be taken quite a long time for them to procedure with my request.
I am very concerned that I have been scanned/conned by this company.
Their excuse is that “due to high demand they are not able to procedure with my order”.
I have sent a lot of emails to their customer care but every time I get a reply I am convinced that they are fiddling with me.
I am very concerned about my money now.
If you have had any experience with this company I would like to hear from you.
