I have counted way back to oct. 5 different unauthrorized transactions, all the same amount $11.99. I have NEVER heard of such a thing. I finally called them and they told me it was a membership for something dont even know what for. As i said nothing i have ever even heard of such a place. I said to them how and where did they get this authorization? They told me it was a membership i ordered. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I want my money BACK and im not sure what to do. Should i get rid of my debit/credit card.? I have Never had this happen to me EVER, so im not sure what to do...There may be other charges also i just havent had the time to go back past august. I AM SO PISSED. I am going to copy & paste the charge on my statement..

I received four charges on my credit card that I did not authorize. There were monthly charges of 14.95 for August, September, October, and November of 2009. These charges were for some sort of marketing information that I have no knowledge of. When we called the phone number listed on the credit card statement we were only able get 2 months credited to our account.

I rec'd a letter dated March 31st, 2009 the letter stated when we attempted to apply your membership fee to the account you gave us, it was not accepted, as a result, we had no choice but to cancel your membership. I have had my identity stolen already by two different people, I did all the legwork myself and the thief was my neighbor, supposed best friend, married to a police officer - this letter scares me and I will follow up with it and any charges on any account of mine !!!
