I ordered two pizza's from Simply Pizza and Chicken through the website Just Eat. I asked for the vegetarian Pizza to have no Olives on it. The order turned up very late and then i discovered that my Pizza had a lot of Olives on it. I phoned them up to ask for the right pizza to be sent or to be refunded and the Employee who said he was the manager, became very aggressive saying that because i hadn't spoken to him personally when i ordered it and because he didn't make the pizza himself, there was nothing he could do. I thought this was unreasonable as it is clearly their fault. The phone conversation got very heated and the employee ended up cursing at my friend saying "Fuck off motherfucker".
I was very upset that i had paid £16 for two pizzas and that i couldn't eat any of them. I rang the Just Eat team who were very helpful. She confirmed that i had indeed asked for no Olives and then rang the Restaurant. The same employee was rude to her and refused to refund me saying that WE were agressive towards him. She then told me there is nothing else they can do unless i talk to them myself. I am not to keen on this ides because i know it will get me nowhere judging from my experience with them already.
I would like to take this further as this is no way to treat a customer and i resent that the have been allowed to kept my money!
