I was purchasing a puppy out of state from Simply Pomeranians owned by Tiffany Eggleston. we had set up a date for the puppy to fly and be shipped to me. i had already paid for the puppy and the shipping. she called me and said that her vet had examined the pup for its health certificate to fly and said the pup had a hear murmer. she said she did not feel comfortable selling me the dog knowing it had a heart problem and offered to sell me another0 dog which was conveniently twice the cost of the one I had already paid for or refund me my money she said. I looked at photos of the other dog and did not like the other dog, so I told her that i just wanted my money back. 3 days later she refunded me most of the money back through paypal and said that she would send me a check for the rest because she did not have enough in her paypal account to refund me all of it. At that time i thought it was strange since i had just sent her all the money through paypal 4 days earlier so unless she had already spent some of it it should have all been in her account. any way I trusted her and waited, 3 wks went by and i did not get any check so i emailed her. she came up with a story that she forgot to put a stamp on the envalope so it was returned to her and that she would mail it back out. she said she was having some health issues or needed surgery or some story like that and that she would get to it when she had time. so again i trusted her, 3 more weeks went by and nothing . i called her and left her several messages, emailed her and she never returned any of my emails or called me back . it has been 3 yrs now, i emailed her every month and i think she either does not use that email any more and changed her phone number, or even possibly got out of business because i cant even pull up her website any more. so basicly i was cheated out of a dog and she kept my money. she is a fraud and a lier.
