This company bought the place I had been renting a storage unit for the past 4 years, There has been 3 rate increases of 12.00 a month over the past year, After the 3rd increase I moved to another storage company, I saw several different Managers and was told the previous Manager had been fired, I ran into the guy who was the Manager for 4 years under the previous company he told me Simply Self Storage was the most unethical company he had ever worked for, He said they violated Employment and Civil Rights laws and just did not care he took a job with another storage company and said he hears all the time about Simply Self Storage, He saw the writing on the wall and got out.He said his former co-workers who he never had a problem with would stab you in the back to look good to upper management, and The company cared about nothing but money, they did no repairs and everything was done as cheap as possible, customer service was thrown out the window in exchange for money.
