I will never ever shop here again
I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! I ordered a 200$ dress, it came 2 weeks later...thats right 2 WEEKS! and mind you, its in NY and im in PA...there is no reason that it should have been 2 weeks. I emailed, called...and finally 4 days later I get a response to my email saying that my cc was put on hold and that they emailed me about it saying why there was a hold on my order. I RECEIVED NO SUCH EMAIL. I have never had a company blatantly lie to me. So I have called emailed back...NOTHING. I DID NOT KNOW this website was exchange only. websites that are exchange only are a strict NO in my book bc they are usually shady and have horrible service, singer22.com is no different. How dare they keep my money after such horrid service and not stating the return policy clearly. They are dead to me. OH! and when i go to ups to return my dress, the return address doesnt exist! so who knows where my package is being shipped, they ofcourse have not called me back, bc you automatically get transferred to a voicemail. There are way too many websites like this one to EVER have to shop here. DO NOT buy EVER, even if you are in love with the product, guaranteed you will find it elsewhere. BUYERS BEWARE! I am now out of 200$, I should have just took 200$ and lit a fire to it. UGH!! So pissed!

Legitimate?
Has anyone bought internationally from Singer22.com? Is it legit? they are asking me to provide a copy of my passport and credit card before i can buy, but with passport and credit card numbers blanked out. Is this a bad idea?

International Customer
Is this website legit? I am trying to buy a pair of shoes I cannot get anywhere else and because I am an international buyer it is asking me to scan a copy of my credit card and passport, but with the credit card number and passport number blanked out. Do you think this is safe? Has anyone done this?

Their customer service people took 3 days to get back to me and overall I'm just very disappointed
WOW THE NERVE!!! In this day and age, it's rare to hear about companies (especially ones ONLINE no less) that have such terrible customer service and store policies... but it's not unheard of! This place may have a nice selection but they do not state their return policy clearly AT ALL. The stuff I bought, I found on sale elsewhere (for like $200 less) and they would not refund the difference or allow me to return the item so I could buy it from someone else. Their customer service people took 3 days to get back to me and overall I'm just very disappointed. Stay away, shop somewhere else and unless you are 100% positive you'll be satisfied with your purchase, don't give them your money.

Scam?
I applied on line for this credit card and I got it, but it expires on 3/2010. I don't know what kind of credit card this is or what kind of scam is going on with credit card but it is fake.So why would they send me a card like that What kind of fraud is going on with this company and I don't like it at all. That is why people don't like to apply on line because of situation like this somebody is always trying to con or be con artists trying to trick people or tell people lies. That is very misleading.

Rude staff
I called Singer22 after getting an item with makeup on it and told them I would like to return. They told me that since the item was damaged I could not return it. Hello, they sent it me damaged which was why I was calling!?! I got the run around and zero help and am stuck with damaged item I paid full price for. They are RUDE!

Singer22 wont stop sending me junk emails after Ive asked them to remove my name repeatedly. Dont know how they got my email address since I am not a customer nor have ever been.

Send unsolicited emails
I started receiving emails after email from Singer22 even though I never brought anything from them nor did I ever sign up to get their emails. I called and complained to be taken off and they still kept sending me emails. I was on a few of their competitors email lists and now I dont get their emails but get Singer22's. I called the co I actually ordered from and they said they are hearing similar complaints and suspect Singer22 stole their email list!!
