This website overall is horrible!! To begin, the website's design is terrible and nearly impossible to navigate; you will have over seven windows open by the time you are to the page you are trying to get to. When I opened a new account and filled out my profile, it COMPLETELY skipped a very important list of details and would not let me fill it out, due to the website's user-unfriendly design. (By the way, I'm not stupid. I can fill information on a webpage. The above mentioned site is just atrocious!) I contacted customer service several times, and they said they would have someone fix it, but they never did, so my account never worked. I asked that my account be closed, but I never received an email confirming that they had received my numerous emails about this issue, thus the statement "We ALWAYS return 100% of our emails" is complete hoopla! Since they didn't have the competence to respond to emails, I thought perhaps I would call them to give my complaints verbally...that would have worked had there been a number to call! Mail?!!! What, is it 1901? Wait, they had phones even back then! And they definitely didn't have horrible websites like Singles of Faith to deal with back then either! Ah, the good old days! Anyway, the site ended up charging me once in April, never giving me a refund, then AGAIN in July! I contacted them again with a snippy email, and...I got a reply! They said that they don't have any record of me and that they don't deal with billing...oh, and they laced the email with stupid little smileys, like this one :). Retards...I'm sorry, but any website that calls themselves Christian should be WAAAAAY better than this! Especially in the customer service aspect!
