Illegally taking pictures of others
Singles.net takes pictures of young girls, without their permission or knowledge, advertises them on Craigslist to enitce people to join. This place somehow got a photo of my daughter, advertised it on Craigslist. When I went to their site to respond to this ad, there was no such person. I then went back to Craigslist to make sure there were no more pictures of my daughter, and found a common theme in Singles.net postings. I feel bad for all the girls, young ladies whose pictures are on Craigslist, and they have no idea. Someone needs to do something about this. Singles.net needs to be held accountable for what they are doing.

Closing account
I have been desperately trying to close my account with singles.net because I am tired of the constant unwanted e-mails from them. Their site states "This site is under construction". I have even sent them an e-mail to close my account and to stop sending me e-mails. Yet I am still receiving them. And I am unable to access their site to disable or close my account.

no questions aked refund!!!!!!!!!
When I signed up for the site is stated they offered a NO QUESTIONS ASKED REFUND IF I WAS NOT SATISFIED!!!. Because their enrollment is down the vast majority of the contacts are very far from my location as they had to expand the area included in my search to fill the screen with possible dates. I called for a refund and they said because I was a member back in January, of which I cancelled that membership, I am not eligable for a refund!!! This site is a total rip off and I will make as many people aware of how I was treated! Can anyone help me?

Unauthorized deductions from bank account fraud!
I was given a one month subscription to this site, thru an e-check, not of my account, the site continued to make unauthorized deductions from that same account, while at the same time claiming a 100% money back, if not satisfied, I was not asking for a refund, only wanted them to stop stealing funds electronically from an account that was not mine. Funds were stolen in the months of march 2007, and the month of April, however no money was returned and that I believe is reason enough to ask for a complete refund, as it has caused extreme hardship in the relationship between myself and the person who gave me the one month membership as a gift.

Fraudulent charges to bank account!
I'm not going to stay quiet like some of my friends you folks have screwed over. I sent a request to you to not renew me & my bank account shows you did it anyway. Well, I give you this warning---you better damn well give me a credit back to my account because I am in a position to roll your asses over the coals in the state of Georgia... I will take some bad action against you & your websites, if My credit does not show up by Friday..you pulled the same crap on my friends in Ohio a few years back... Don't push it "Fraudsters"!

Poor customer service!
Don't sign up for this service. Tried the trial service. Never could get in. They kept saying that my password wasn't any good. Sent numerous emails to the company. Not one was answered. I found this to be too much of a hassle to even bother further.
