Deceptive advertising!
I am brand new to online dating, when i joined, they asked for search area, i put down 50 mile radius from where i live. I am getting contacts from all over the country, when i complained i received a "form email saying it based on compatibility. My profile info does not match what they're sending me. I have only been on here 2 weeks, already i have been tried to be scammed. I complain, same thing form email response. There's an old adage that i always have found to be true a first impression is a lasting one, needless to say i am not impressed. As a first time user i will not recommend this service to any one, i sent them several e-mails stating it's not up to me to police their web site. With the revenue they generate you would think that security would be paramount.

Scam and fraud!
I was taken by Tatiana Kosimova, a Russian woman looking to come to the US. [email protected] She convinced me to help with her tickets and then send more so as to be able to show financial stability to customs. She was to return the money at the airport but never showed. Lost 3100$. [email protected] is probably a fake web site. They verified everything that she told me.

Internet spying!
Singlesnet is a scam. They are preying on the hearts of mostly women who are trying to heal from a relationship gone bad. It even seems that they scan the emails you send to each other through their site to make sure you do not exchange each others emails. As long as they do this, they can continue to charge the outlandish prices they are getting richer on by the day on.

unauthorized charge
singles net .com took my money from my credit card without consent, because in that moment didn´t request any service from them. Like other people, could need a lawyer to resolve this problem. In this moment that website is not working and anybody can make connection whit them.

Phishing
I filled out a membership form and it zeroed-out and said that all the information that I submitted was invalid. This is not possible because most of the information given was of a voluntary and personal nature. Also, when I attempted to contact the email address of singlesnet.com, it sent back a message saying that my email was not on file. Of course, it is not on file becasue they are not in the business of membership apparently.

Use my picture without permission
I was send an email from a person that was suppose to be interested in me. Later they suppose to have ask for a photo, i was given a personal e-mail address to send it on. When i use this address to send the photo, i receive a email that said "thank you for your photo". I have not given them permission to post my picture or i would have send it to the company. I chose not to have my photo published to public. But according to other e-mail my photo is online. I have not paid for a membership at all.

Singlesnet is very bad.
I signed on to try singlesnet.com for the 1 month duration. They have several packages. But I chose the one month. I quickly found that the service provides nothing but scams and fake profiles. I decided not to ask for a refund since I did try the service as a test. However after the month was over they billed my account again. I called and they said that the terms of the agreement say that I am on autopay. I don't remember seeing that, but Ok... I said, I'm not using the service and you just billed my account two days ago. Can I get a refund and cancel my account. They said I can cancel the account, but i can't get a refund.
The signup process makes it seem like they have a several packages based on duration to choose from. And I was choosing to try the 1 month minimum. This is absolutly dispicable and deceptive.
