From the website, they have indicated that they are the most reliable and let me QUOTE THEM SAYING "We can reach in ONE HOUR".
We made arrangements for them 1 day pior but in the end, they say they can't make it and ask us to look for other plumbers instead. Their appointment was suppose to be on the time slot of 9-10am and they called at 10am to say they cannot make it. One of the customer service even hung up the phone on us which was very rude. They have made inadequate planning and do not have ANY backup plans.

Let me quote them saying, "We are a SMALL company and DO NOT have enough manpower."

I WOULD NOT rely on them as they cannot keep to the promise of coming down at the appointment time. So, if any of you make appointment with them, rest assured they will CHANGE the appointment OR ask you to look for someone else instead BECAUSE their reason is they are a SMALL COMPANY and DO NOT have enough manpower.
