The connectivity for MIO is very poor and it kept dropping. Because the home phone line is now IP line, it cannot be used, too. And cannot surf the net because the connectivity is now... The connectivity is poor and to made the matter worst, you can't even get thru thee MIO customer care. The call centre selections are badly designed and one has to waste a lot of time listening through and still can't find a right selection. and even if you finally select an option, drilling down to another level, you realised that there is no right option again... very frustrating... then you decide to try for an option and hoping someone would come to the line to help but the line got cutted off...
For Singtel, Singapore major telco... this is really a shame... very lousy service. Shame to our national, too...
