Payment was taken from my card within 1 day of ordering but now three weeks later I am still waiting for the item

Similar to another complainant on this site I ordered online from this company. Payment was taken from my card within 1 day of ordering but now three weeks later I am still waiting for the item. Have tried phoning the number listed but receive no answer.

If they cannot get an answer with the phone them, do not place an order

Having ordered online from Sirex online store 21-3-05 I noticed the payment was taken 22-3-05 So I waited for my order to arrive but now 3 weeks later and after several emails (unanswered) I am getting quite concerened so I have tried to telephone numerous times to their sales line without success, I only get a fax machine answering. I would urge anybody thinking of ordering from them to Telephone their order and not to place it online. If they cannot get an answer with the phone them, do not place an order. I have dealt with this company before and they were then called Arndalemedia.
