On 1/4/2011 Lance Taylor, stating that he was a representative of both Dish Network and Direct Tv, offered me service with Dish Network at a better rate than I was currently paying. He stated several times that since he represented both companies that he could cancel the Direct TV and change the service and I would not have to pay the early disconnect fee. He even put on the contract that he would cancel the Direct TV service. Lies, all of it. I am now getting billed from both companies and will have to pay an early disconnect to one of them in amounts ranign from $250 - $750. Dish Network was not willing to hear the problem nor were they concerned that they were using an unethical retailer to get customers cash.
Sirion Satellite has only an answering machine, they do not return phone calls and are scamming people all over the Phoenix, AZ area - especially in the senior communities. I have since spoken to others who have had contact with this scam artist. He has no authority to do anything with Direct TV and will lie his way into your wallet.

If anyone has a suggestion as to how I can get out of this horrible situation please let me know. I do have a contract signed by this crook. The problem is catching him.
