I decativated my Sirius radio a year ago and on June 19, 2011 found that they had gone into my bank account and withdrawn forty dollars. I was told that it would be credited back to my bank in 7-10 business days. I checked again this morning June 23, 2011 and nothing has been replaced and I have had my automatic withdrawal for my life insurance come in and it did not go through because there was not sufficient funds at the time. I had to go into my savings and transfer money or be faced with an insufficient fund fee of 45.00.
I called them before noon today June 23 and let them know what has transpired and was again told that in 7-10 business days I would have the funds returned. When I asked if this matter could be handled more quickly I was told that thhis is what they have to tell me but they would try and do it more quickly which was what they told me on Monday June 20 when I first began the communication. On today, the sixth business day I called Sirius back because the money still was not back in my account and waited 28 minutes to speak with a representative. The representative then informed me that the person on the 20th of June forgot to send through the credit and I would have to wait another 7-10 business days for a credit. I told her that this was poor customer service and asked to speak with a supervisor. A woman named "Penny" who identified herself as the floor-walker was extremely rude and said there was nothing else that could be done according to the senior level and she hung up on me.
I am so anygry I could spit! First of all how dare they just go into my bank account simply because they have my card number. I'm getting an attorney and I'm going to sue their ass for quad ok! They stole from me is what they've done. And I don't like it one bit! No wonder there's a class action suit against them. I am certainly going to sue their asses for as much as my shyster attorney is willing to try for!
