On 5/13/11, I was told I had to pre paid for a contact lens eye exam ($99.00) and purchase contact lens ($164.00)(sale # 36117) first which I did by credit card in order to receive the service.
However, I did not get what I paid for because during my eye exam the DR said I had an eye condition that could only be cleared up with a prescribed medication.
On my first visit I was supposed to receive my paper prescriptions for eye glasses and contact lens which I paid for and a trial pair of contact lens until the lens that I also pre paid for arrived. I received none of that because the DR said I had an eye condition that needed a prescription.
Upon returning on 5/21/11, it turns out I never had this eye condition that the DR said I had after I paid $18.50 for a prescription it turns out I never needed. In addition, I retuned on 5/24/11 after learning the prescription strength prescribed by the DR for my eyes was wrong. I feel completely ripped off by this DR. Lic # 122885 (Susan) and the manager of the store because of the how I was treated by them.
It has been three weeks since I pre paid for two services that I have not received. All I have received is two wrong prescriptions from an unethical DR and mistreatment by the staff and manager in the store.
I have waisted time and money because I had to make unnecessary trips to the store because of the DR mistakes. I still have not received what I paid for which was a correct prescription for eye glasses and contact lens and a 1 year supply of contact lens. Come to find out from viewing the website Yelp, poor customer service is common with this store. And they continue to get away with it because they do a bait and switch and rip people off because they have a no refund policy.
