This is the 2nd time that I have bought something online. The first was with Fredericks.com and they were very efficient and I had no problems so I was confident to give Sizeappeal.com a try since it is a Veri Sign secured site. Sizeappeal has thus far only sent me an order confirmation and they are supposed to send me an email informing once they have shipped the item. I have called and emailed them many times (at various dates from 3 May 2006 till 23 June 2006) and there is no reply to my emails and the phone always goes to voice messaging and when I called again, even the voice message box is full. The order status up till today is still order taken (which means not shipped). I am very disatisfied as they have already charged me and want to know what is taking them so long to ship the item. To make matters worse, they do not even bother to reply to my emails and nobody ever picks up the phone. I am beginning to wonder if this company is still in business.
