after placing our order@approx 7.40 p.m we waited until approx 8.50 and no food had arrived. no apology was forthcoming and eventually we demanded a full refund and left. there was no sign of the manager who was apparently in the kitchen trying to sort the mayhem out but as far as we could see he was not doing a good job!
the most obvious solution we thought was to stop taking any more orders! after that experience we will not be goingback to the cherry tree in melton mowbray in a hurry which is a shame as it is local to us and we have eaten there on a regular basis for many years
