Our experience with this company is also very similar to the other complaints. They claimed to have the part, they showed me a carfax for the engine that I was buying, we paid via paypal we got no confirmation or shipping information, nothing. When we tried to call they knew my phone number from the caller ID, if we got to a real person, we received the run around. The person was out at lunch for 3 hours. Or they would be in the office at 10am. They never answered my emails. All I got from them was letter a month and half later saying that they couldn't process my refund through Paypal because lack of funds and I would would be receiving a refund shortly.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Houston ([email protected]) to let them know that this company is scamming people and all they did was submit my complaint to SK Auto Parts.
