We purchased a sofa, loveseat and recliner from you four years ago, all of them are TRASH...EVERYTHING broke, and when we brought you the recliner - we were shocked to find that you wanted to charge us for parts and labor on a chair that was sold to us with what we thought was a lifetime of the mechanical part of the recliner...and to us, that is what broke on the chair. You sent the chair out to be fixed, they called me and told me that I would have to pay to have it fixed, I requested that they return the chair to me. We came to your store TWICE...once the chair still had not arrived, even though I was told it would have been returned to the store on a Thursday...We came in on a Saturday. Then you called and told me the chair was back at the showroom and ready for pick up...We drove all the way to the showroom to pick it up...and NO ONE could find the chair. In this time frame, the sofa and loveseat broke...we have thrown out the furniture - and no longer will do business with your store...We are very disapointed with our experince with your company...and tell everyone we know the issues we have had, and continue to have. So again, PLEASE Don't send us anymore messages, call us or send flyers to our home...we don't want your furniture in our home, and we do not want the broken recliner, you can throw it away...or better yet, why don't you put it on display so the people that come into your showroom can see what will happen to any furniture they purchase from your company in within a few years of use.
If you ever start selling quality products, you might get us back as customers.
