It seems once you've paid for an item, being unfortunate enough to receive it in any state at all, is all that Sklar Pepplar / Alberta home interiors needs to wash their hands of the transaction.
Recommend to ALL that terms of full payment should be conditional, based on receiving product not in a damaged or incomplete state and certainly not for a 'promise' that the factory will ship out replacements ASAP. I've now waited 12 months, through several promises and lies, - and still no resolve.
p.s. the owner is very much a prick, driving this result.
