Booking in Indore -1 month-demanded top end, papers shown but issuing mid end
Initially with hesitance I was convinced about the class of Fabia . I booked a Fabia (Diesel), initially on 30.11.10at Sadguru Motors vide rec. no. 021, with a condition of confirmation of type & model in a few days. After 5 days I confirmed telephonically for mpi-elegance-petrol, which was told to be of Rs. 6.4 lacs on rtoad.& promised delivery of car in 10-12 days. On not receiving any intimation further, I was told around 26th Dec'10 nthat the black colour demanded by me is in transit & to be delivered in 2-3 days. Again on contacting on 28/29.12.10, I was told that the consignment has reached Indore & promised delivery within 1.1.11, being Sat. & unique/ auspicious date. On 1.1.11, when I reached Sadguru showroom at Indore, I was shown papers of Black Fabia (top end) & was physically shown ( mid end) Black Fabia . I had lined up family get together consisting of 12-14 persons. I had 2 cars already in which I had disposed off 1 Hyundai Santro, was left without car for self, . Myself & my brother had to use 3 wheeler in cold conditions in Indore & wasted almost 4 hrs. on 1.11, without getting our concern redressed. It causedf us mental agony, due to harassment & loss of prestige in front of relatives. We also fell sick. Our complaint was not redressed by the dealer despite referring on date to Sh. Salil Tatke, who was referred by my acqiantance on my request due to indisposition. I need immediate compensation for the physical & mental agony suffered as well as monetary loss due to loan taken from ICIC Bank, lest the issue to be referred legally, along with immediate delivery of Black Fabia - mpi-elegance petrol.
