Oh my gosh! This is horrible. I ordered for the trail period, was charged the $3.95 shipping, called the next day and cancelled my order. Checked the website myorderssupport.com, it says no record order cancelled. In the last 18 days, $300 has been withdrawn from my checking account because I used my debit card, plus the $124 in overdraft fees because of these automatic withdrawals. I stopped at the bank, they had to cancel my debit card and basically told me I needed to try to get the money back from the company. GOOD LUCK! Any 800 number that you call no one ever answers, you are on hold forever at least 45 minutes. Then of course the 623 number that calls your house 500 times a day. If anyone knows how we can get our money back please let me know. $300 is alot of money to be out...

I can't believe these people did this to me. I barely have enough money for me and my family and they go and take the last little bit of money I have and charge me for something I didn't even want. I am in the negative now and I do not know what I am going to do!!

I ordered a "free trial" of this product.

And did indeed pay for the shipping as was part of the deal.

What I did not know was that written in fine print is the fact that if you do not call them to cancel the trial - within just days of receiving the product, your credit card will automatically be billed for nearly $100.

I canceled my subscription immediately. But when talking with the customer service support - which took nearly 15 minutes to get through to - they would not credit my account as it was told to me that I "agreed" to the terms and conditions of ordering the trial.

This product gave me headaches and nausea.

This is a SCAM! Please do not order "free trials" of anything!

Does anyone know how I can get reimbursed or my account credited? There is no address or online URL I can find that provides me with an address so I can write a letter.
