I've noticed that the complaint i submitted detailing useful information for consumers considering this company is very difficult to find. so i'm reposting this just under sky blue solutions so it can be found along with all of the positive "reviews" i've seen on here. it is my opinion that all of these good reviews on here are employees of the company for 2 reasons- 1. whenever u are very satisfied with a company, it is unlikely that u would go to every complaint website there is and post the same great review on all of them. 2. this company is owned by the owner of united resort marketing, which has an F with the bbb. this new company, sky blue, does the exact same service as united resort, leading me to believe that the company just changed their name and is doing the SAME business under this assumed name, and unless the owner of the company has drastically changed his ways, it appears to be the same company, who has numerous complaints against them, but just changed the name for a clean slate. here's my original complaint, which is just information that i've collected. i'm not saying this is a bad company or even not to use their services, i'm just posting information about this company that u need to know if you are considering sky blue:
This new company is owned by Adam J. macker. he also owns the company vacation depot which is also called United Resort marketing. The "complaints" on here that are actually rave reviews are just employees of this company flooding complaint websites (that is just my opninion, tho). Mr. macker, i'm sure knows, that when people want to check out if a company has complaints they google the business name and then the word complaints. think about it like this, say u just got a new pair of heels and they are the best purchase u ever made, ask yourself, would the first thing u do be going to a complaints site to talk about how outrageously happy u are about it. then, would u proceed to other complaints sites stating the exact same thing?? UMMM DUH, no. these raving reviews seen on here for this company can be seen at numerous other complaint sites. they are just most likely employees getting paid to create complaints hits to fool other would be customers. this is low. and united resort marketing has numerous complaints and an F with the bbb. Don't be fooled! this is the same thing as united resort marketing. it's just another alias created so there wouldn't be so much negative to look up about it on the internet. thanks to some great people, i have been able to offer a web address and thanks to someone else here on complaints board, i can tell you to go to sunbiz.com, which is a florida business site where u can search for sky blue solutions, and it pulls up company info. u can see the owner is adam macker. it is not on bbb yet as listed under united resort marketing, but u can bbb united resort marketing and discover sky blue and united resort is owned by the same person. it is also called vacation depot. it seems that this company has to come up with multiple names for the company so they can have a "clean slate", so the bbb hasn't caught up yet. take away point, whenever u see raving reviews on a complaints site, u can bet that these are fake. no one would go to a complaints site to stress how satisfied they are with a company. i cannot tell u personally if this is a good or bad company, but i can just offer u the facts, that this company is owned by another company, which does the exact same business, and that company is united resort, which has numerous complaints and an F with the bbb. this sounds very confusing and underhanded to me. thank u to those of u on here who has done some homework! in this economy, shady businesses are stooping lower than ever to rip people off, and since they are more misleading than ever, they are about the only ones thriving in this economy because they are taking advantage of this situation. always do ur homework! it is more important now than ever!

Everyone needs help in some way shape or form. Sky Blue Solutions did more then help us but exceeded our expectations on the rental of our timeshare. Very fast easy process. God Bless all of you that worked our marketing.

Me and my wife would have to say we have no complaints with Sky Blue Solutions. We recently signed up with them for some rentals of vacation propperties. Many offers have came across the table but we decided to defer the offer's. Since it has been so soon we will just wait on some more offers and see what comes across. Thanks Sky Blue.

I am glad that I do not have anymore problems dealing with my timeshare due to Sky Blue Solutions renting out my timeshare this year and every year. Thanks for the phone call and educating me on the fact that I can make my Timeshare a money maker not a money taker.
