I am communicating with SKY WAY through email as no employee name is mentioned in their mail, email is [email protected]. My Nokia 6070 which I purchased through eBay from the customer on 22 may through my credit card is a defective one. Mike is not working at all as the other person is not able to hear me at all.

I have made a complaint to the customer many times and they r not responding to my queries on time.
