Called 29 th of June was told it would be installed by Friday of that week. Recieved email that it was to be installed on July 6. Then to be installed on July 7 th. Called Hughsnet they said it was changed to July 8th, they gave me skylink phone number . I called to comfirm for the next day.I had to leave a message to confirn what I was told. Hughsnet said they would give me 60.00 credit for my troubles. On the 8 th at 2:00pm my wife told me to call Hughsnet to make sure they are comming. I did and Hughsnet said they will be there. A few minutes later, BOB, called to sceduale my install for the next day. After 4 days waiting on my time for them skylink, BOB, would not install untill next day. I called Hughsnet, They put me on hold while they straightened it out with the installer co., Skylink, BOB. They told me it was my falt after waiting for then for 32 hours plus. I cancled my order because of the poor service from Skylink. I guess I will never know if Hughsnet. Is any good, especially if they continue to use poor service installers as Skylink, BOB.
