Overcharged

I seen today that they still doing in the internet service. I had them for 5 months and service was not anywhere near what the advertised and made no bones that what i was getting was it. They billed me $50.00 more than they said and then denied it even though it was on my bank records. Then finely when i had enough i had them turn it off the penalized me them hit my account for another $50.00 above what they told me. Also i never got my $100.00 rebate. They said that was from another company.

I can not believe that they can get away with this stuff and no one has done anything about it. I call the better business bureau in ky and got a letter back saying nothing was wrong. I know i lost my money but this company needs to be shut down before getting to more people.

quality and customer service

I have had SkywayUSA since this spring 2008. I had trouble installing it, they would not do it so i found someone else. had to pay for it seperately but got it working. I would not recommend skyway to my worst enemy, well yea maybe i would. lol

Right now I am on dial up, because they are AGAIN having server problems. They said it will be good now once everyone switches over to the other satellite. I am holding my breath.

I called them and asked if the servers were down and a guy say 'no:...then he laughed, and said "oh i see they are"...WTF? I asked why they are down, he said he did not know. I asked if he had "skyway" for his internet He said he is not a person who goes on the computer, lol. he only works and never uses the computer. Oh Boy that made me think like what the hell does he know about surfing.

Anyway, my relationship with Skyway has been nothing but a disaster. Their service sucks, none of the phone speakers are qualified to answer tech questions, and they have the attitude that they really do not give a crap if the phone call ends with you ever getting an answer. I always end up ending the call thinking...'thanks for nothing.'

Better business bureau, i will check it out...when i get high speed tomorrow...lol

Oh but i did talk to Donny at skyway and he did say, tomorrow after noon, everything should be good to go...HIGH SPEED!!! lol...

we shall see.
