Purchased a $3000 sofa, loveseat, and chair. After failing to receive the items after 5 months, I requested a refund. Management reluctantly agreed and provided me with written acknowledgement but have failed to deliver - again. Company employees are not returning calls and emails go unanswered.
I have a string of email supporting my convictions and believe this company is comprised of thieves.
