I ordered a bed base at a home show in Washington state, they billed my credit card, received call from "Desiree" and she said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery, the 8 weeks have passed, I called the number I recieved from Desiree and that was listed on the invoice (949-955-1433), number was changed, called new number (209-836-9800)-disconnected, called salesman's number (chris kelso 916-533-3836), recording would not allow me to leave message, called number supplied by trade show organizers (john lovitt 510-552-8077), left message, has not returned call, USE CAUTION WHEN DEALING WITH "SLEEP SHOWS INC, dba ERGONOMICS" OUT OF IRVINE CALIFORNIA OR THE PEOPLE LISTED ABOVE!!!! They have my $1150.00 and I don't have the bed!!! Police report is being filed, have filed report with the California Better Business Bureau at www.labbb.org and with my credit card fraud dep.
