I purchased a mattress and platform frame on Sleepy's on March 15 and was told that delivery will be March 27. I reconfirm delivery before March 27 and received an automated call confirming delivery for March 27. When I checked the status on March 27 I was advised that only the mattress would be delivered and not on March 27 but March 30. The mattress was delivered on March 30, but I was advised that the platform frame is schedule for delvery between April 7 and April 9. When I called today I was now advised that the frame is now schedule for delivery on April 14. I am frustrated and tired of sleeping on a mattress. Do I have any recourse?
