This company advertises a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee on their SleepTracker device. "If within that 30 day period you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at [email protected] for a full refund of the purchase price"... however so far they have been totally non-responsive to by requests to return their product! I'm guessing I may get a response from them on day 31???
In my opinion, my experience here is NOT one that a reputable retailer should put a customer through... seems very deceptive to me
