We the residents of this complex have a MAJOR complaint against USI ENERGY concerning water allocation. The complex changed over to HOUSTON PLANNED ENERGY and we were told to tell USI about this matter and shouldn't be getting any more bills. We are still getting bills after telling USI that we are paying HOUSTON PLANNED ENERGY to our apartment management. They handle the payments for the residents.
How can we get through to USI ENERGY and make them realize that we no longer need to be getting bills as we are paying another company. They have ignored everyone about our emails and stopped payments to them.
Your advice greatly appreciated in this matter.
We are NOT GOING TO PAY 2 WATER BILLS!!!
