This is by far the worst e-shopping experience in my life.
I would not suggest anybody to ever buy anything from these people unless you have a lot of money and do not know what to do with it.
I ordered a set of Pajamas as a part of a Birthday gift for my girlfriend on 22nd of June. On 23rd of June I have received an email from their customer service stating that they are shipping it on 24th and as soon as it is picked up by UPS they will send me tracking number.
25th...26th...27th...28th??? I keep calling them, the phone is not answering, emails neither. 29th, Finally I managed to get through after calling my credit card company to halt the charges and have it investigated.
What do I hear: "Sorry, sorry it was not yet shipped"
Well, beleive it or not my GF B-day is 4th of July and if I do not get it by then the momentum is gone.
They promised to call me back first thing next morning to see what they can do. What can you do????
I just threw 85 dollars into the garbage bin and I have to get another gift...
