I'm on the 3rd Kingsdown---- lousy to say the least. Now Sleepys doesn't even acknowledge my complaint It's like sleeping on a speed bump. I haven't used it in 4 weeks- waiting for "Customer Service--Ha. " to call and have their inspector come back.
And I paid $3000.00!!!
I said "I just want a refund ".. She actually laughed and said "No Way"
My next step is top bring it to the store and shred it in the store.
