Ordered a slim clip over the internet - they offered/ did not show total bill when the order was placed. I ended up ordering less than $30 worth of product with a $44 shipping charge on a package that weighted less than a pound.

How can this be legal? Had they actually told me the shipping expense was so high I would never have placed the order.

I e-mail and called to cancel the order, only to be told sorry it has already been shipped (even though I did not get it for another 3 days). The company first offered $5 off and then $10 off of the shipping but I said no thanks. I don't like being taken advantage of, especially in this economy. I was trying to keep my Christmas on a budget - just to be charged $44 for nothing, NOTHING!

IF EVER THERE IS A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY I WANT IN!!

What's odd, is It's a really good product. I ordered an extra large clip on line and declined the free clip and key chain flashlight. I only wanted one clip. Next day on line I see a bill that has three clips and two flashlights. The unrequested clip was $9 and included the "free" additional clip and key chain flashlight. The S&H however was $19 !! Please understand these weight less than an ounce.
Next day I call and canceled. It's been two weeks, haven't seen the promised refund .
BEWARE! This outfit wants to send the "free" items wheater you want them or not, so they can rack up large S&H fees.
