I never ordered anything from this so company. A hacker invaded my email and password and my autofill that I use at times to input more quickly my information on some bill paying screens for utilities only, used my information to order this product and have it shipped to me w/their phoney order request w/my information and got my bank card information to purchase this product only to get the bank card information. A month after this was discovered in checking my account I find I was charged 89.00 dollars for some diet powder and it arrives at my door, clever of the perpetrators, hey! I called this company when that number above was legitmate, but not now it is not, belongs to some resident in the city, state wherever that is, but we will find them, and I stated that situation and requested a refund to my account, they said to return the product and they would refund my account, well I returned the product immediately via ups, certified and proceeded to dissolve the bank accounts and open new accounts and filed affidavits w/the white collar crime division of a district of Milwauke and the bank fraud division. I emailed this company and advised them that this was done and to ackowledge to us in Milwaukee their location, city and state address or even fax #. No response. The next email stated I would contact the State Atty General and file against them for non return of my funds. No response via email and cannot locate the city and state as yet, still searching the 866 directory, ha! anyone can buy an 800, 888, 866 number even from Best Buy, Inc. As a former federal retiree I know there are little or no regulations for anyone creating and marketing anything legitmate or otherwise under federal, state, local regulations of which there are minimal to none, they can get away w/selling anything almost as long as they can get advertising, ha! And of course the cracks get larger as we see what is happening all around the world w/economics. Predictable, enevitable? Yes but we can slow it down as citizens, taxpayers, voters by petitioning aldermen to start and follow thru the petition, change, legislation proposals all the way to the supreme courts if we would use our constitutional rights for what they were written for as taxpayers to stop fraud or to slow it down and rid ourselves of even irreputible fly by night companies, etc., Identity theft is on the rise since 911 but our system spent more time monitoring us and the 'rats' continued to get away w/our consumer rights. That's it in a nutshell. So we will pursue and find this company if they have'nt put their hundreds of thousands in Swiss banks and run off to Monaco or some other leisure spot in the 3rd world!
