Several months past, Slim Fast, had a major recall on its diet drink. Previously a case of twenty-four cans were purchased
Two calls were made and a lady talked to me both times. She stated that it would be two to three weeks in processing my claim. Later on recalling Slim Fast a prerecorded tape pops on...nothing but ramblings with no mention as to my inquiry. A complaint was lodged with the Savannah Business Bureau. Later a call was received from that office.
Their claim was that they could not find where the company was located...and that was that!
The purpose here is not altogether money, but the principle involved. Certainly, this is bad business.
This company should not use a recorder that blasts out every thing rather than answering a complaint. It is my personal opinion that a sort of pre-recorded intellectual prostitution is purposely designed to leave a complaint begging...that is my opinion!
