Hi! I am Ruby Ghamal. I did order slim seduction couple more days before.In your website this offer was for free trail for 1 month right? But when I received your trail bottle then they have written that $79.90 will be billed to your card to complete my payment on sep 22, 2009.I could not understand this. I just ordered for free trial bottle and only for 1 month. I don't wanna order for next month. If you are going to charge me for this then i wanna return your previous bottle too. Send me my Return Authorization Number.

According to their website where you order the product you can cancel and prevent billing however if you email the email listed on their website you get an auto responder. If you email the one on their faq page where the auto-respond email sends you http://www.nutralane.com/cs/faq/#50 You will get a bounce back email that says:

This company will not issue a return authorization number as quickly as they take your money so you can't return the product "to avoid billing" or cancel the shipment of the next batch for which you will have to pay postage to return. This "sample" is pretty costly.

i tried to return product and can not get on web site and phone number says that they are closed but i think they just dont want product back. i think that it is a crule thing to play with the emotions of verneral people that want to improve themselves.
