I received your free sample of Slim Seduction and my bank was billed for the shipping totaling $3.97 as I agreed.
I would have waited until I was sure of the results of using your product to order any more; however, the invoice
I received with the product indicates you have automatically enrolled me in this so called "Membership Club?" In the description of Items (shipped), the following information has been included:
"Yes
2 units at $34.95 per unit will be shipped to you on June 22, 2009. An additional 2 will ship every 45 days following the first auto-ship."
Additionally, in the Cost Box the following information has been inserted:
"Subtotal: $0.00
Shipping: $3.97
Tax: $0.00
________________
Total: $3.97"
"This amount has been charged to your credit card or checking account. $79.90 will be billed to your card to complete payment on May 29, 2009".
The following information is also provided at the bottom of the Shipping invoice:
"If you are unsatisfied with your initial order of any product, you may return, and have it received back, within 30 days from the date of purchase for either a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) or you may exchange it for any of our other products worth 150% of the value of your original order. Club Membership Program Customers: Once your first Club Membership supply of a product has been processed, you are not eligible for a monetary refund, only exchanges. For a refund, exchange or to cancel a Club Membership order, please send us an email at
[email protected] or call (303) 456-5591 for a return authorization number. Your Club Membership order can be cancelled after 48 hours from your purchase date".
I have no desire to return the sample product at the quoted and billed cost of $0.00.
I have no problem with the Billed and paid shipping cost of $3.97
Do not ship me any more product, and do not bill me $79.90 on May 29th.
I did not want to enroll in this so called Club membership and if you have automatically enrolled me then I hereby request immediate disenrollment in this club. Cancel my so called enrollment in this Club membership.
Additionally, I did not order any additional product, and I am requesting you cancel the 2 units at $34.95 per unit that is supposed to be shipped to me on June 22, 2009.
I do not want the following auto ship: “An additional will ship every 45 days following the first auto-ship." Please take me off any auto ship immediately.
Please follow this request explicitly or I will forward this information to the proper authorities with my concerns of internet fraud and false advertising of a free product.
If you adhere to my request, I will try your product and if pleased with the results, will contact you for a 1 time purchase in the amount of my choosing, with no strings attached.
