Trying to cancel Difficulty in doing so
Have been trying to get return authorization # to return your product which has not been opened. I have allready been charged for an additional shipment which I have not received . I cannot use your product to to health problems which have led to hospitalization. Please send authoriztion return # and cancel any further transactions with your company and refund all charges.

can't use the product
I enrolled into your membership to try slim seduction, well after several days of keeping a upset stomach, I went to the dctor and he said because I had recently had a severve stomach bacterial infection, I should not take, for several more months if then. This is my second email to you, please cancel my membership and do not take anymore money out of my checking account. I am prepared to return the unused portion, just advise please.

I do not want to be enrolled in the club membership
I wanted to try the slim seduction product and I paid the shipping as requested for the free trial, but did not agree to be in a membership club. Do not charge me $34.95 for two units on july 1. If I am satisfied with your product I will contact you to purchase more on my terms. Thank you.

I recently ordered this slim seduction from this company and later on a started to recieve email that i'll be charged the full amount of which i had no clue of, my inter net whent off for awhile (due to being poor) and durring that time i sent the whole thing back unused even in the same mailing package it came in but soon came to find out i got this email today.


Benjiman, Your account with GNS, Inc. is past due. This account will be processed for collections on 5/24/2009. To stop this process you must update your order information by clicking on the following link by 5/24/2009.

i didnt even use the product and have already sent it back, luckly im so poor the they cant even get the remaining balence out of my account without me knowing, but now that i know this company is crap? how do i respond to this email what should i do :(

my dad hasnt had a job since december due to the economy and my job sucks so bad my last paycheck was 32$ and lemme tell yah its hard to support another person on the much money and trying to pay for communication to the outside world and 650$ rent, which were behind a month now.. we dont rent from a legal appartment so rental assist is out of the question and the church cant lend us money anymore either.. im only 19 and havnt got a clue about what to do with this collections crap.. please email at [email protected]

I received your free sample of Slim Seduction and my bank was billed for the shipping totaling $3.97 as I agreed.
I would have waited until I was sure of the results of using your product to order any more; however, the invoice
I received with the product indicates you have automatically enrolled me in this so called "Membership Club?" In the description of Items (shipped), the following information has been included:
"Yes
2 units at $34.95 per unit will be shipped to you on June 22, 2009. An additional 2 will ship every 45 days following the first auto-ship."

Additionally, in the Cost Box the following information has been inserted:

"Subtotal: $0.00
Shipping: $3.97
Tax: $0.00
________________
Total: $3.97"

"This amount has been charged to your credit card or checking account. $79.90 will be billed to your card to complete payment on May 29, 2009".
The following information is also provided at the bottom of the Shipping invoice:
"If you are unsatisfied with your initial order of any product, you may return, and have it received back, within 30 days from the date of purchase for either a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) or you may exchange it for any of our other products worth 150% of the value of your original order. Club Membership Program Customers: Once your first Club Membership supply of a product has been processed, you are not eligible for a monetary refund, only exchanges. For a refund, exchange or to cancel a Club Membership order, please send us an email at [email protected] or call (303) 456-5591 for a return authorization number. Your Club Membership order can be cancelled after 48 hours from your purchase date".

I have no desire to return the sample product at the quoted and billed cost of $0.00.
I have no problem with the Billed and paid shipping cost of $3.97
Do not ship me any more product, and do not bill me $79.90 on May 29th.
I did not want to enroll in this so called Club membership and if you have automatically enrolled me then I hereby request immediate disenrollment in this club. Cancel my so called enrollment in this Club membership.
Additionally, I did not order any additional product, and I am requesting you cancel the 2 units at $34.95 per unit that is supposed to be shipped to me on June 22, 2009.
I do not want the following auto ship: “An additional will ship every 45 days following the first auto-ship." Please take me off any auto ship immediately.
Please follow this request explicitly or I will forward this information to the proper authorities with my concerns of internet fraud and false advertising of a free product.

If you adhere to my request, I will try your product and if pleased with the results, will contact you for a 1 time purchase in the amount of my choosing, with no strings attached.

Supposed Free Trial
As with others I was led to believe that I was ordering a free product, then found out later once the product was shipped to me that I would be charged 79.90 after 21 days. The initial advertisement calls for overweight women wanting rapid weight loss, and offers the free pills as part of the study, then they switch it up and say you get to try the pills for 21 days.

This company is a rip off.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!
I made the mistake in dealing with this fraudulant, unhumanized company.I cancelled an order, of course they charged me a MONTH later $79.00.There customer service reps were useless.I was put on hold for 45min.Then hung up on.I thoght since it was reinforced by OPRAH it was all good.I will never do any buisness with companies like this.No matter who stands behind it!!!THIS COPANY IS A SCAM!!!STAY AWAY!!!

charged my account 2 times for product never recieved
Originally I was to recieve a trial of Slim Seduction for the price of shipping &handling only. (3.97) Ok, I had no problem with that I really wanted to try this product. 2 weeks after the s&h was taken out of my account still I had not recieved any product. 1week later an additional 79.90 was taken out of my account and guess again, no product!! This put my account in overdrawn status and I have made numerous attempts to call, e-mail and even write. No luck. The infamous "KIM" who answers the phone "customer service"?! always has a different answer for me when I call. Sometimes I get "transferred" to the never-ending hold, sometimes she promises to have someone call me back within 24 hours and even once just hung up on me. What can we do?? I want my money back!!! I never even recieved this mystery product and now don't want to. I want my money back they stole from me!! Completely frustrated and pissed!
