I made the mistake in locking into this product.I did order this product on 4-16-2009, order #1778879.I cancelled 4-17-2009, # JLC041729.Today $79.00 was withdrew from my account by this company.When I called to resolve this problem no one could help me. Shawna in customer service was a rude person. I demanded to talk to a manager. She said she would'nt let me. Then after a dispute with her. She placed me on hold and hung up on me. When my husband got home. He to tried. He spoke to Jesse, a flore manager. This person was no diffrent. Very rude and no help.
So tell me, how is this going to be made right? I have not recieved ANY product, and don't want to!! I asked for my money back. Now, my husband and I have been treated badly, as well as $ taken from me. I will never deal with any of these companies in the future. I will let any and everyone know, money was taken from my account, without permission. My bank will be disputing this issue. I am very shocked, at how these people are able to talk and deal with PAYING customers in such a way. This company has literaly caused mental stress.
