didn't order it

I was billed for diet pills I didn't order. I can't take diet pills, because I have high blood pressure. So sorry about the misunderstanding.

difficulty in reaching someone to receive a RA number

I have tried for over a month to return the initial order of slimbody pills.
Each time that I called the wait has been at least 30 minutes. In the initial order it specifies that to return the pills "you must call to receive a return authorization". I have tried and tried to reach someone to get this number and have not been able to contact them. Now, I have received a second shipment that they refuse to credit my account. I finally, after another wait contacted a supervisor, who was able to help me. I have been on the telephone for exactly one and a half hours trying to straighten this out. I hate to think what my phone bill is going to look like.
