The following is a copy of the email I sent to one of your other members, who had a similar experience during the same period of time (September 2010 - January 2011):
I was hit by this same company from September 2010 - January 2011. And, like you, I have no record of having signed up for services. What have you done to remedy the problem. I have contacted my bank to contest the charges for as far back as possible. Also, I am in the process of contacting the Office of Consumer Protection (under the auspices of the Attorney General in Austin, Texas, where the company indicates that it is located), as well as the Better Business Bureau to see if there are other victims. If so, then, we might be able to start a class action lawsuit. Finally, I am requesting that the company send me a copy of my original agreement. Interesting, from what I could glean of the information provided by the agent with whom I spoke today, this company's services are not anything I'd be interested in (unless it did a bait and switch). Also, I make copies of any significant online transaction, as well as enter significant dates (e.g., deadlines to cancel, etc.) in Blackberry. However, there is no evidence of any dealings with this company. I also want to find out what companies are affiliated with SlimPilotMD so that I can find out if I information was sold by any one of them. Please let me know what you plan to do so that we can be vindicated, as well as save anyone else from this company's apparently unethical practices.
