How can these guys run a business like this?? It is all over the net, that their power supplies are bad, I have NEVER had a power supply go bad on ANY other item I have ever had. And they CHARGE to replace these faulty items????

What a joke! They obviously have a piece of crap supplier, because they ARE SOLD OUT OF THE REPLACEMENT TRANSFORMERS THE PROBLEM IS SO BAD!!!They should do the right thing and send these out free of charge! My unit was only connected 3 weeks and it went bad!
