I signed up for a slots4cash account under [email protected] in late November 2010. By viewing selected sponsors, I was awarded credits for slot spins. The terms of the agreement are that once your account reaches $20, you can request payment.
On December 5, 2010, I requested a withdrawl of $21.35. On December 11, 2010, I checked back at the website and noticed that the request was missing and my account balance was $0.00.
I submitted an email to the support desk on December 11, 2010 and received a response on December 12, 2010 stating that "That is probably your winspinwin account." This is a completely different account and had nothing to do with the issue that I raised. I have two accounts: one under winspinwin and one under slots4cash. Both accounts have accumulated more than the required $20 and both have had a request for disbursement. The slots4cash account withdrawl has disappeared.
I responded on December 12, 2010 stating that my inquiry had to do with the slots4cash account and not the winspinwin account and that they look into the matter. Their accounting records should show this request. I received a response on December 13, 2010 stating that the money was requested from the winspinwin account. Again, this is a completely separate account.
After not receiving an adequate response from the support desk, I sent an email to the President of the company, Mr. Enell on December 13, 2010 expressing that this matter be reviewed. Especially, since it deals with the lack of proper accounting.
